Of course.

It is possible, theoretically, for two dimensions to exist at the same time without one causing damage to the other.

Whatever you and Banner did to create this place has...damaged? my portals, it seems. I can see our dimension and then nothing.
Besides, I can't just reach in and grab an entire building.

It won't be easy and it'll be missing hundreds of ancient artifacts.
