No one, duh. But someone has to be from there, otherwise we wouldn't have face eating zombie people and two headed half man half gators, am I right?

To be fair to the people in Jacksonville, I feel like the gators are probably more Everglades region and the zombie people are either Miami or Orlando. I didn't spend long enough there to get too detailed, though.
